BLACKENED CHICKEN

(modified from Allrecipes.com)

Finally a seasoning that holds its flavor thru cooking and truly tastes blackened!

Blackening Seasoning (mix all ingredients)

1 Tbs. Paprika

1 tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. dried Thyme

1 tsp. Lemon-Pepper seasoning

1 tsp. Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. black Pepper

Ranch Dressing (optional)

Directions

Rub chicken with blackening seasoning.

Cover and refridgerate for an hour.

Grill.

Turn over in five minutes.

Lightly baste with Ranch dressing several times while cooking.

Cook until done - approximately 30 minutes.
